TabTrade.com - The Honest Breakdown

TabTrade - What It Is

TabTrade.com opened in Q1 2026. CFD broker based in Saint Lucia, licensed through the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker.

The BlackBull connection tells you something. It means the founder knows how a proper broker operates. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. But better than someone with no brokerage experience.

TabTrade came out of the gate with execution through Equinix servers. Same facilities prime brokers run on. Most new brokers starts with a white-label MT4 setup. TabTrade led with infrastructure. Not the typical playbook.

Market coverage: forex, stock indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. Over 1,000 instruments. For a broker that launched in March 2026, that range is broad.

Platforms

You get: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and a browser platform. Two major platforms from the same login. A lot of brokers pick one platform. Having both is useful. Use whichever you prefer.

MetaTrader 5 is what most people know. Full charting, Expert Advisors, huge user base. If you know a MetaQuotes platform before, it is familiar territory.

cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Better DOM. More responsive charts. Native automated trading. Many people prefer it once they try it.

Direct FIX connectivity is available for bots but requires the VIP tier ($25k minimum). TradingView charting is apparently on the roadmap. That would make the platform set when it arrives.

Accounts and Pricing

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. Zero commission. Straightforward. No minimum deposit. Works for people who want simple pricing.

Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On EUR/USD, the raw spread is frequently under 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost can sit below 0.5 pips. That is good for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that offer pricing like this require a minimum deposit. TabTrade has no minimum.

VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, custom pricing. Not for the average person. Skip it unless you move real size.

Execution Speed

This is the area where Tab Trade stands apart. Equinix servers in London. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. That is institutional numbers. Most retail brokers quote 100ms to 300ms.

Does it matter? If you scalp, it does. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is the difference between. If you swing trade, it matters less. The point is the setup is serious. That says what kind of broker this is.

Combine that infrastructure with the Edge account pricing and the overall offering makes sense. Few brokers in this bracket have infrastructure at this level.

Regulation

This is the detail that requires honesty. The broker is licensed by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No ASIC. No investor compensation scheme. If that is a dealbreaker, this broker is not for you. Plenty of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.

However. The person running it came from BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure costs real money. Scam brokers do not invest in Equinix connectivity. That does not guarantee anything. It does be part of your decision.

The deal: you trade regulatory safety. In exchange: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether that works is your call.

Welcome Offer

Tab Trade offers a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Standard welcome offer. You deposit, TabTrade credit extra capital. The normal fine print: trading volume requirements before you can withdraw the bonus. Check the terms before you deposit.
